We are thrilled to hear you are ready to get started! We look forward to meeting your family and working with your child. Here are the next steps to get your child registered and ready to begin.

1. Complete the Learning Styles and Background Questionnaire 

This helps us learn more about your child so that we can place them with a coach that's right for them. 

2. Pay your Supplies & Registration Fee ($250)

This one-time, non-refundable deposit secures your child’s position in the program and covers the cost of registration and materials as well as the initial screener for program placement. Once this has been paid, we can begin securing your child's schedule. 

3. Complete Agreements & Finalize Registration

Once your deposit has been paid, we will reach out within 1-2 business days to collect more information and discuss the student start-up process. Students can generally expect to start sessions within 2-3 weeks of the paid deposit. 

4. Ensure Your Student has Everything they Need to Start

While we provide the coach and program materials, there are a few supplies students will need at home to aid their virtual learning:

  • All students must have access to a laptop or desktop computer. Chromebooks, Ipads, and tablets are not compatible with our program.

  • Wired (preferred) or wireless internet access 

  • A computer mouse - using a trackpad on a laptop can be very difficult for tile manipulation

  • A headset with microphone - high-quality audio is extremely important to student success
